1. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including email address, support messages, submitted trend observations, billing-related identifiers, alert preferences, and account settings.
We may also collect technical and usage data such as IP address, device and browser type, referring pages, pages viewed, button clicks, subscription events, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
2. Payments
Payment card data is handled by Stripe. SociArb does not store full credit card numbers or card security codes on its own servers. We may store Stripe customer IDs, checkout session IDs, subscription status, invoice metadata, and related billing records needed to operate subscriptions and billing support.
3. Analytics and advertising measurement
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage, traffic sources, conversions, and product performance. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies. We may also use Google Search Console to verify site ownership and understand search visibility.
4. How we use information
We use information to operate SociArb, create and manage accounts, process subscriptions, send alerts, respond to support requests, improve product quality, monitor security, prevent abuse, analyze conversion and SEO performance, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our Terms of Service.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the platform, including hosting providers, database providers, payment processors, email providers, analytics providers, support tools, and security vendors. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

SociArb and its providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies for login state, billing flows, analytics, security, and product improvement. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect functionality.
7. Data retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, improve security, and enforce agreements. We may retain de-identified or aggregated analytics data for longer periods.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, and you use SociArb at your own risk.
9. Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of certain personal information by contacting support. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required for billing, security, legal compliance, or legitimate business purposes.

SociArb is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. International users
SociArb is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our providers operate.
