Terms of Service
Last updated: August 8, 2026
Important financial disclaimer
SociArb is an informational software and market research platform. SociArb is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, securities exchange, transfer agent, futures commission merchant, commodity trading adviser, financial planner, or tax adviser. SociArb does not provide personalized investment advice, trade recommendations, suitability determinations, fiduciary advice, portfolio management, order execution, or custody of funds or securities.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using SociArb, including the public website, paid terminal, alerts, dashboards, charts, email notifications, data exports, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use SociArb.
2. Informational use only
SociArb provides data, analytics, trend summaries, public company mappings, charts, watchlists, and alerts for research and educational purposes only. Nothing on SociArb is an offer, solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or instruction to buy, sell, short, hold, hedge, or otherwise transact in any security, option, cryptocurrency, commodity, derivative, or financial instrument.
You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any information is appropriate for your objectives, risk tolerance, financial situation, time horizon, and legal or tax circumstances. You should consult qualified financial, legal, tax, or other professional advisers before making decisions.
3. Trading and market risk
Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including loss of principal. Short-term trading, margin trading, options trading, short selling, and trading based on social media momentum can create rapid losses and may not be suitable for many users. Past performance, backtests, examples, simulations, paper trades, alert history, or historical charts do not guarantee future results.
Users should review public investor education resources such as the SEC day trading risk note, Investor.gov social-media stock risk alert, and FINRA day-trading risk disclosure. Those resources are not part of these terms, but they illustrate the types of risks users should consider.
4. Data accuracy and limitations
SociArb may use third-party sources, public market data, social platforms, search data, APIs, scraping providers, AI systems, statistical models, and manually reviewed information. Data may be delayed, incomplete, incorrect, stale, misclassified, unavailable, or affected by platform changes. Company and ticker mappings may be wrong or may not reflect whether a trend is financially material to a company.
You should independently verify all information before relying on it. We do not warrant that alerts will be timely, accurate, complete, profitable, uninterrupted, or error-free.
5. AI-generated and model-assisted content
Some summaries, classifications, confidence scores, product extractions, and company mappings may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI outputs can be inaccurate or misleading. AI-generated information is not human financial advice and should be treated as a research starting point only.
6. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
SociArb may offer paid subscription plans, including a monthly subscription currently advertised at $199 per month unless otherwise stated at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation. You may cancel through the billing portal or by contacting support.
Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable, and cancellation stops future renewal charges rather than refunding prior paid periods. Pricing, features, and plan limits may change with notice where required.
7. Account security and access
You are responsible for maintaining access to your login email, billing account, and any credentials or devices used to access SociArb. You may not share, resell, sublicense, scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit members-only data without written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the platform, bypass paywalls, reverse engineer models, overload APIs, scrape restricted pages, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, violate securities laws, or use SociArb to manipulate markets, coordinate pump-and-dump activity, or publish misleading claims.
9. Intellectual property
SociArb owns or licenses the platform, design, software, models, alert formats, Composite Social Index methodology, written content, charts, databases, and related materials. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for your own internal research during an active subscription.
10. No warranties
SociArb is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, profitability, and suitability for trading or investment decisions.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SociArb and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for trading losses, investment losses, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, indirect damages, consequential damages, special damages, punitive damages, or reliance on any information displayed or delivered by SociArb.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SociArb from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your trading or investment activity, your violation of these terms, your misuse of data, or your violation of applicable law.
13. Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of SociArb at any time. We may update these terms by posting a new version. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, non-payment, legal risk, or violation of these terms.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms should be submitted through the SociArb contact form so the request is tracked in our backend ticket system. Replies come from hello@sociarb.com.
